Child Protection - We intend to create in our centre, an environment in which children are safe from abuse and in which any suspicions of abuse are promptly and appropriately responded yo. Our prime responsibility is the wellbeing and welfare of the children in our care. As such we have a duty to report any concerns to the Early Years Team.

Behaviour Management - We believe that children and adults flourish in an environment in which everyone knows what is expected of them. At Nursery, children are free to develop their play and learning without fear of being hurt or hindered by anyone else.

Health & Safety - The policy within the Nursery is to provide the children with a healthy, safe and stimulating environment in which to work and play.

Complaints Procedure - We believe that children and parents are entitled to expect courtesy and prompt careful attention to their needs and wishes. Our intention is to work in partnership with parents and we welcome any comments or suggestions on how to improve our centre at any time.

Confidentiality - The work that we do at the Nursery with children and their families will sometimes bring us into contact with confidential information.To ensure that all those using and working in the nursery can do so with confidence we have drawn up procedures to respect confidentiality.

Anti Bullying - We are committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for all children and their families so they can learn through play in a relaxed and secure atmosphere.
